Shipping & Returns
Purchases over $150.00 qualify automatically for Free Standard Ground Shipping to any domestic USA address, excluding furniture. Shipping for furniture will be charged at a different rate. We reserve the right to choose shipping carrier for any Free Shipping options.
Incorrect Shipping Information: If a package is returned to Pink & Brown Boutique due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Pink & Brown is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Pink & Brown will provide date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Pink & Brown is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your Pink & Brown standard online purchase, you may return any full price items for a refund, exchange or store credit, as long as they are post-marked within 14 days of the original shipping date. All returns are subject to the approval of our Customer Service team. Furniture, mattresses, bedding, undergarment, personalized, cloth diaper and sale merchandise are FINAL SALE. All returned items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition, in their original condition with all-packing material, manuals and instructions.
All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please include a copy of your packing list or receipt along with the reason for the return and action desired i.e., replacement, exchange, or refund so that we may quickly processed your return. If the Customer Service team deems that the product does not meet the predefined return conditions, your product will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Shipping fee is non-refundable. The customer remains responsible for actual shipping charges, including all items shipped to you free of charge. Between 14 and 30 days you may return new, unused, and unwashed condition, in their original condition with all-packing material, manuals and instructions for a store credit or exchange it for another item. No returns or exchanges after 30 days.
